Cancellation Policy

Please note that 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and a fee may be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments, other than in exceptional circumstances.

Missed appointments and late cancellations have a significant impact on the smooth running of the clinic and deprive patients who are waiting for an appointment from seeing their chiropractor – often for emergency care. You are welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment but must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer your appointment slot to another patient.

We send appointment reminders by text and email. A reminder call can be also be requested with reception if required.

If you are late for your appointment we may not be able to see you and an alternative appointment may have to be made.

We appreciate that the vast majority of our patients attend their appointments on time and give us plenty of notice when they cannot.
