Procedures for face to face appointments

As we are a healthcare setting, we will continue to implement measures to protect vulnerable patients and our staff from COVID-19.

Please check that you have:

  • Completed and returned the Symptoms Feedback form before your appointment. This information helps us understand how you’re getting on since your last appointment, or if you haven’t been in for a while, you can let us know all about your new complaint. We can copy this information into your clinical notes.

    This form must be completed for chiropractic appointments, but is optional for Massage, Acupressure Massage and Reflexology patients.

  • Completed and returned the appropriate New Patient form, preferably a few days before your appointment.

Please observe all of the points below when you visit the clinic:

  • Wear loose and comfortable clothing for your hands-on care. (We can offer you a gown or shorts if required.)

  • Please don’t arrive too early for your appointment – this helps us limit the number of people in reception.
